One of the best things about the course was the ability to mould around what I needed to learn. I’ve always struggled with compression but during this course I’ve been able to focus and understand more about how compression actually works. It’s always a great environment to work in where the tutors and staff are always really friendly and eager to help.
I’m an underground house DJ from Germany and my goal was to become a producer. I was new to producing and decided to study the music production diploma using Ableton. The help and advice from my tutor helped me enormously. I published my first song 2 weeks before finishing my course so really happy with everything I gained from London AMP.
I decided to take the course because I wanted a crash course overview of music production and the course exceeded my expectations in every way. The course was so individualised where my skill level was assessed early on and everything I learned was tailored to that. It was really practical, hands on and so much fun.
I completed the music production diploma and seeing how well my skills were improving and feeling my confidence grow as a musician and producer. I able to produce what I wanted and when I wanted. My tutor was great and took a freeform approach to learning so when I hit a roadblock he would help me overcome it. Thanks to the team for all your help.
I enrolled on the sound engineering diploma as I needed a course that would add to my skill set. I already had a strong production base so was impressed with the tutors delivery style that was specific to what I needed to learn. The mixing and mastering section was especially helpful to me as I’ve already released my music but felt my mixing skills needed attention.
