I’m not a beginner and have been DJing live for a while but I wanted to level up. The new workflows and advanced mixing techniques I learnt have really improved my sets. I loved working one to one with my tutor and thoroughly enjoyed the course. Thanks for all your help!
Approaching 40, I finally decided to learn to DJ. I loved how this course offered great depth and variety, giving me real confidence to play in front of a live crowd. This course is great for beginners but as someone who wasn’t a total novice, I still learned a huge amount. My tutor explains everything really well and gives tailored advice on where you can improve your skills. The approach to training is different to what I’ve experienced before where it’s really hands on and you get to use a wide variety of studios and equipment. That’s really valuable because when you finish the course you come away with not only the technical ability but also extensive studio experience.
The best part of the course was that I could work one to one with a tutor who is an actual sound engineer and being able to tailor the course to spend more time on mixing which I found really interesting. I’ve now started an internship in a recording studio which will lead to working as an assistant engineer.
