music technology course is designed for people wishing to embark on a career in the music industry. The course requires no previous experience of music technology, production, recording or the use of music production software. It is a comprehensive course that offers several career opportunities on completion that range from studio recording engineer, live engineer and a record producer.
During the course you will be exposed to the "real world" experiences of a recording environment where you will record, produce and remix artists on course projects and assignments. The fun and exciting assignments include song composition, record company formation, remixing, live recording, mixing and mastering and covers all genres of music.
You have the option of choosing your preferred music production package to work with for the duration of the course and this can be Apple Logic 9, Cubase, Ableton Live 8 or Pro Tools 10.
The course can be taken on a one to one individual tuition basis allowing us to tailor the course content to suit your specific learning requirements. You are also able to structure the course around your schedule allowing you to choose the dates and times to attend.
This accelerated
music technology learning course can be studied part time for 12 months or full time for 6 months and could be used as a foundation diploma to gain entry for a degree level music course at universities.
